Kennedy dressed for a trip downtown

Mommy dressed Kennedy for a trip down to the State of CA birth certificate office.

The trip was a success and now Kennedy is ready to be enrolled with the Passamaquoddy Tribe and sign up for his Passport... all in a day's work.
