Kennedy Foster Jones Goes to Washington

Kennedy's first trip to the Nation's Capitol . . . next stop, the White House!

Daddy had to be in DC for a business trip, so Kennedy and Mommy tagged along. Here is Kennedy waiting to board the plane (his first ever plane ride).
It was pretty loud on the plane, but KFJ managed to get in a few naps.
A little jet-lagged, but ready for some excitement.
Daddy was happy to see the little guy after his meetings.
The first stop was the Lincoln Memorial.
That's the Washington Monument in the background.
The Korean War Memorial is Daddy's favorite.
A little play time in the hotel room.
Kennedy also took his first swim on this trip.
It was a little chilly, but we think he liked it.
He was all tuckered out after a couple days worth of adventures.
Next stop, The National Museum of the American Indian. He really had a great time.
And finally, a stop at the Capitol Building.
When we got home, this is what we saw. Yes, that's snow on our neighbor's car.
After seeing that, we logged on to GovArm and finalized our plans for Hawaii in May. Kennedy is ready to go . . . he already has his sun goggles broken in.
